BEHIND NSERVA

NSERVA, LLC is owned and operated by Victoria York, a graduate of

Virginia State University (2017). She began her production career in 2015, working as a Live Stream Producer for Unity of Richmond Church in Richmond, VA. Her production experience includes working with actor and film director Tim Reid, WRIC ABC 8 News, Capital One, and Homes.com

In 2018, York began her role as Digital Producer at VPM, Virginia’s home for public media. During her four years at the PBS and NPR affiliate, Victoria helped produce and monitor over 200 live streams to VPM’s Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter accounts; and Virginia Governor Northam’s COVID-19 Briefings to his personal social media accounts.

As a Digital Producer at VPM, she produced three seasons of a music concert series filmed in a local coffee shop, two seasons of an EMMY nominated discussion series, and short form content for their Instagram and YouTube channels. Her proudest accomplishment while at VPM is the 28 Days of Black History, a social media campaign celebrating unsung Black heroes during the month of February. The campaign was featured throughout Richmond Public Schools and in Richmond Family Magazine. In her final year at VPM PBS, Victoria worked on-set of PBS' The Great American Recipe as a Digital Producer. In October 2022, she was 1 of 16 affiliate employees selected for the PBS Digital Immersion Program.

Currently, Victoria works with CoStar Group's Post-Production department as a Senior Video Editor for Homes.com. When she's not focused on her business and career, Victoria proactively cycles, writes, and studies Astrology.
